Definition of Child Abuse:According to pschologists, child abuse consists of any kind of psychi or physical loss,sexual misuse without considering Islamic needs of the persons under 18 by others. Type of Child Abuse 1)Child Physical Abuse:It is a physical attack to child which leads to his pain,incision,tattooing,bone fracturing,other wounds and even his death. 2)Child Emotional Abuse:It is any kind of unproper behaviour which has a negative effect on child behavioual, cognitive,emotional and physical functions such as word and non - word vexations,reproaching,cursing,mocking, irrational control,frequent child's terrifying through physical punishment,expectation,unproper behaviour with child's age,employing him for gratification of emotional needs of someone and parents unpredicatable behavioural responses resulting in instability and cognitive change of a child. 3)Child Abuse Resulted From Negligence: Unability or non-paying attention to child's emotional and provocative needs is called child abuse resulted from negligence. Child Vexation in Islam's view Islam has prohibited any type of child's bother and vexation,using some methods leading to other financial and physical loss and alse imposing some rough methods on child especially in regard with his educational issues and those whom God granted dignity and persnality upon them. In fact,anger should be made only for God's pleasure and Divine laws of Islam also call men to justice in all their social and personal backgrounds including justice in speech,judgement,family,economics and so on and any vexation and punishment is condemned by the Quran. In this regard,God says:''Allah commands justice, the doing of good.''(The Quran (16:9) In other verse,God also says:''No mother shall be treated unfaily on account of her child.Nor father on account of his child, an heir shall be chargeable in the same way.''(The Quran (2:233) To sum up,any type of child's bothering is prohibited in Islam and Islam does not allow parents to bother their child.
